PsyCounsel analyses various situations from the human angle, rather than from the problem - solution angle. This is a different approach to management compared to age old practices. Firms employing people as their main resource, particularly in the Services and IT Industry, as they grow in size, often go through minor period of turmoil and employee dis-satisfaction. PsyCounsel has helped many small/ medium sized companies study employee satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to streamline growth and change.
